so i listened. i tried the remedies. the rituals. the precautions.

but nothing really shifted… until something simple did.

someone told me write down the worst that could happen.
and I did. line by line, fear started losing its grip.
because once you face it… it stops feeling like power, and starts feeling like noise.

that’s when it clicked.

maybe nazar isn’t out there.
