GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
CDC is committed to providing fair, transparent, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
1. What is a Grievance?
A grievance refers to any issue or concern relating to a product purchased or a service availed through the CDC platform, including order fulfilment, delivery, product condition, or customer experience.
2. How to Raise a Complaint
Customers may raise a grievance through any of the following channels:

4. Timelines
Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt of grievance
Resolution: Typically within 7–10 working days, depending on the nature of the issue
CDC endeavours to resolve all grievances as expeditiously as possible.
5. Escalation
If a customer is not satisfied with the initial response, the grievance may be escalated to the Grievance Officer using the details provided above.
6. Important Note on Product Categories
Resolution of grievances is subject to CDC’s applicable policies, including its return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
Certain categories of products, including limited-edition sneakers and hype products, are subject to specific restrictions on returns and exchanges due to their nature, authentication requirements, and resale sensitivity.
7. Compliance Statement
This grievance redressal mechanism is implemented in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws in India.
