CREPDOGCREW ("we" and "us") is the operator of (crepdogcrew.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL

We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all sneakers and apparels on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different size ( subject to availability), a different product of same or greater value or store credit of the billed amount.

SHIPPING, ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
  • All orders placed with Crepdog Crew are shipped from one of our operational warehouses based on product availability and logistics feasibility. Our registered office and primary warehouse are located in New Delhi, India.

  • As soon as you place your order with Crepdog Crew, you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address.

    Order Delivery Timelines:

    Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days

    Instant Shipping (available on select products): Dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Instant shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

    Pre-order Products: Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Their estimated delivery timelines are clearly mentioned on the respective product and checkout pages. Please review these details before placing your order.

  •  As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
  • The customer must provide full and valid address and contact details. Crepdog Crew can’t and won’t be held responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details. 
  • Deliveries by our courier partners will take place from Monday to Saturday, depending on their service schedule. Our warehouse operates between 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
  • All deliveries will be attempted 2 times, in case of the customer’s inability to receive the package the first time. The order is returned to Crepdog Crew if the order isn’t received by the customer on the 2nd time and additional fees would be charged for further shipping attempts. Please email us at care@crepdogcrew.com in such cases.
  • Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Crepdog Crew will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end.
  • In instances of receival of a damaged-in-transit package, please write us a mail at care@crepdogcrew.com . Crepdog Crew’s support team will work with you to give you a solution to the issue.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

Since customs and duties collection differs in every country, they cannot be predicted- hence any additional duties or taxes charged by the government and thereby the courier company is deemed to be the buyer’s responsibility.
