  1. What is the usual delivery time for products?

Our products are delivered within 8-10 business days from the date of placing the order.

  1. How do I track my order?

Once the product is dispatched you will receive the tracking details in the email provided.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

All the orders are shipped within 8-10 business days of purchase.

  1. I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?

Browse through your spam, junk and promotions folder. In case you have still not received the confirmation, reach out to us on care@crepdogcrew.com with the following details:
1.Full name under which the order has been placed

3.Item(s) purchased
4.Order ID

  1. Do you allow the return or exchange of sneakers?

  1. Do you allow the return or exchange of streetwear /apparel?

Every brand has a different policy for exchange and return of their products. For more details, you can visit our return policy page (link)

  1. Do you have instant shipping available?

Yes, instant shipping is available for selected sneakers and hype articles. You can choose this shipping option during the checkout process.

  1. Can I cancel My order?

All orders are subject to cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the refund is issued only through store credits.

  1. Are your products brand new and authentic?

Every product sold on Crepdog Crew's website is brand new (DS). We have an in-house legit checking system which follows a 3-step verification process. All pairs listed on the website are deadstock and are verified authentic.

  1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our providers, i.e. Razor pay.

  1. Will my cards be saved on your database?

Crepdog Crew is strictly against maintaining the private database of the customer. Moreover, the transaction is processed by our payment service providers Paytm or PayU via a secure gateway. 

  1. Which shipping carrier do you use?

The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your Pin code. The products are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.

  1. Do I need to pay Custom Duty on my order?

No. All products are shipped from our warehouse in India so you don't have to pay custom duty or any additional charges.

 

Loyalty Program

  1. How do I join the loyalty program?

You can join the program by registering on our Loyalty Program (link) page signing in with your active email ID.

  1. How do I earn loyalty points?

You earn 1 Crew Coin (loyalty point) for every Rupee you spend on your purchase.

  1. How do I redeem my Crew Coins?

Register/login onto our Loyalty Program page with your email ID. Click on 'Ways to Redeem' to redeem your coins. Once you redeem your Crew Coins you will receive a coupon code which you can claim on your next purchase.

  1. Where can I find my Loyalty Rewards/Coins?

You can log in to our Loyalty Program (link) page to view your rewards, accumulated coins, and coupon codes.

  1. What is the value of each Crew Coin?

For every 50 Crew Coins, you receive Rs. 2

  1. Can I redeem my coins on any purchase?

You can redeem your coins on purchases of Rs.10,000 and above only. Your coins earned cannot be exhausted on discounted/sale items.

  1. Will I earn coins for sale day purchases?

No, you cannot earn coins, nor can you redeem the coins during our online sale events.

  1. Can I combine my loyalty point coupon code with other offer codes?

No, you can only apply one offer for every purchase.
