General Guidelines
Handling Damaged / Incorrect Orders
- Email care@crepdogcrew.com within 3 days from date of delivery (as per courier tracking) with images/videos.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/incorrect item claim
- Valid complaints will be resolved appropriately.
- Claims without proper unboxing videos may not be accepted.
- Product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Sales / Promotions
- All sale items are final. No return / refund / exchange.
Late Delivery
- Delays (except force majeure) may qualify for return.
- Orders shipped on time and progressing within the expected delivery timeline may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to delays. Exceptions may apply in cases such as loss in transit.
Shipping Costs
- Return & re-shipping costs are covered by CDC.

Exchange Policy
- All products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once ordered, except in cases of verified damage or incorrect item delivered.
- If the correct size as per your order is delivered, it will not be eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
- At CDC, we only sell DS (Deadstock) sneakers, which means that the sneakers you purchase from us are brand new and have not been tried on or worn by anyone. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept size exchanges.
- No size exchanges are allowed. Exceptions, if any, are rare, strictly subject to approval, and may incur up to 20% charges from order value, including reverse logistics costs, and a store credit note will be issued.
- Product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, plastic seal, and authentication tag. Under no circumstances will a request be accepted if any of these are missing, removed, or tampered with—including if the CDC authentication seal is broken.

Partial COD
- This Partial Cash on Delivery Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Crepdog Crew (“Company”). By selecting Partial COD at checkout, the Customer expressly agrees to all terms stated herein without exception. This Policy overrides any conflicting interpretation under FAQs, informal communication, or customer support correspondence.
- Partial COD is a conditional payment facility extended solely at the absolute discretion of CDC and may be approved, modified, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn for any order, customer, product or location at any time.
- Under the Partial COD facility, you are required to pay 20% of the total order value online at the time of placing the order (the “Advance Amount”).
- The remaining 80% of the order value shall be paid upon the time of delivery of the order.
- The Advance Amount is not a token amount but constitutes partial performance of a concluded sale agreement and is strictly non‑refundable except where CDC is unable to ship the order due to its own internal inability
- Once the Advance Amount is paid, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, edited, combined, or altered under any circumstances whatsoever.
- By paying the Advance Amount, you confirm that the transaction is authorised, intentional and not accidental or fraudulent, and that you intend to complete the purchase by paying the remaining 80% at delivery.
- You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and contact details for ensuring that you (or an authorised recipient) are available to accept delivery and pay the remaining 80% at the time of delivery.
- If the shipment is returned to origin (“RTO”) due to refusal to accept delivery, repeated non‑availability, incorrect or incomplete address, failure or refusal to pay the remaining 80%, or any comparable customer‑attributable cause, the order shall be treated as a customer‑attributable RTO.
- For a first RTO of a Partial COD order, CDC may, at its sole discretion, allow one re‑shipment without additional shipping charges, but reserves the right to deny or refuse any re‑shipment without providing any justification.
- On a second RTO attributable to the customer (including after any re‑shipment permitted by CDC), the order shall stand automatically cancelled and the entire Advance Amount shall be permanently forfeited; no refund, credit note, or store credit shall be issued for such Advance Amount.
- Refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay the remaining 80%, or any other customer‑attributable cause leading to RTO shall under no circumstance entitle you to a refund of the Advance Amount
- Customer refusal of delivery, failure to pay the remaining 80%, or customer‑attributable RTO shall not be treated as non‑delivery, non‑shipment, or service deficiency by CDC for the purpose of bank disputes or chargebacks.
- In case of malicious, baseless, or policy‑contradictory chargebacks or disputes, CDC reserves the right to (i)submit evidence to banks and payment processors, (ii)permanently block or restrict the customer’s account, and (iii)recover penalties, bank fees, chargeback costs and related losses through lawful recovery mechanisms, including appropriate civil action where fraudulent misrepresentation is established.
- CDC shall not be liable for courier delays, rescheduling, force majeure events or customer unavailability, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, its aggregate liability in relation to any Partial COD order shall be capped at the amount actually received by CDC under that order.
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with Partial COD orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
“Crepdog Crew reserves the right to accept or reject any return/exchange request after quality inspection.”
