Handling Damaged Products and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders:
- If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please email care@crepdogcrew.com with images and videos within 3 days for prompt assistance.
- Legitimate complaints will be met with an appropriate solution.
Sales/Promotions:
- Final sales are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Product Return for late delivery of items:
- Late delivery of items from the stated delivery schedule unless such delay is for a reason of force majeure” as a reason for product return as well.
Shipping Cost Refunds:
- Return shipping costs for each shipment including cost of shipping to CDC and re-shipping to the customer is borne by CDC.
