Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Why So Sad?

The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Why So Sad? was developed in conjunction with the mental health initiative started by Scottish skater John Rattray. The aesthetic of The Predatory Bird emphasises contentment and joy. The low-light top has a blue leather upper with navy suede overlays and a wear-away Swoosh that changes from Coastal Blue to Speed Yellow.

The Predatory Bird mascot is embroidered on the lateral heel, and a yellow question mark is added to the red suede heel tab. Why So Sad? is printed on the tongue tag within the mouth. On the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Why So Sad?, a clear rubber outsole offers grippy traction.

Released as a collegiate sneaker, Nike Dunks can now be found on the feet of celebrities and commoners alike. Limited editions like the Off White Dunks, from the 2019 collab between Nike and Virgil Abloh’s design label Off-White, further cemented Dunks’ place in sneaker folklore.
