RETURN POLICY - SNEAKERS
We will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind.
- Products that have been tried on or used.
- Products where the packaging is not intact.
1. Exchange Policy
- No size exchange request will be entertained on sneakers.
- We deal in limited edition products and trials are not allowed.
- Please be sure about your size before ordering.
- To be sure about your size visit the nearest retailer of the brand you are interested in.
At CDC, we only sell DS (Deadstock) sneakers, which means that the sneakers you purchase from us are brand new and have not been tried on or worn by anyone.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept size exchanges.

Size Exchanges:
- We will not be liable for size exchanges if the delivered product matches the size you originally ordered. Since we deal with limited edition products that undergo extensive authentication processes, size exchanges are not guaranteed.
- We do not generally accept or entertain size exchanges.
- In rare cases, size exchanges may be considered, but they will incur additional costs due to re-authentication and repackaging processes.
- Customers will be responsible for extra charges, which can be up to 20% of the Bill Value of the product.
- If a size exchange request is approved and the desired size is unavailable, the exchange amount will be provided as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Product Condition for Exchanges/Returns:
- Any exchange, return, or cancellation request must be processed with the product in its original condition, including the original packaging, plastic seal, and authentication tag.
- Exchange requests will be entertained if an incorrect size is delivered, as per the order.
- CDC has the right to reject the exchange request, if any original packaging, authentication tag or protective plastic packaging on the shoe is removed or missing.

2. Return Policy

Damaged Products:
If you receive a product in a damaged condition, you may return it for store credit or a refund. -
Incorrect Size:
If you receive a product in the incorrect size as per your order, you may return it for store credit or a refund. -
Limited Acceptable Returns:
We only accept returns in the case of damaged products or incorrect orders delivered by us. Returns for any other reasons will not be accepted. -
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Sneaker cancellations will only be considered if:
- Request before dispatch: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, with the refunded amount provided as store credit.
- Post-dispatch cancellation: If customers still wish to cancel after dispatch, a 10% deduction from the order value will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded as store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests are chargeable.
