RETURN POLICY - WATCHES

Cancellation:

• Cancellations will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely due to a change of mind.
2. Usage: Cancellation requests will not be considered if the product has been used/worn.

Returns:

1. Incorrect product: Returns will be entertained if an incorrect product is delivered, as per the order.
2. Damaged product: Returns are accepted only for damaged products received by the customer.
3. Difference in warranty date: The product cannot be returned on the basis of difference in warranty date and purchase date  as warranties are pre-activated by the manufacturer.
