It also includes women’s health features such as cycle tracking and pregnancy mode through PowerPlugs. Stress tracking is enhanced with circadian rhythm-aware analysis, while the Workout Mode supports 20+ sport modes with heart rate monitoring. Additional smart features include the Stimulant Window Recommender for personalized caffeine timing and Circadian Phase Alignment for optimizing sleep schedules through temperature minima tracking.
