Nike Dunk Low Off-White Lot 42

The 'Dear Summer' range, which includes the Nike Dunk Low Off-White Lot 42, is a huge follow-up to Virgil Abloh's debut Nike Dunk association from 2019. The low-top features a white leather top with soft grey canvas layers, as well as Virgil Abloh's signature touches like a plastic zip tie and Helvetica text imprinted on the tongue.

The sneaker's supplementary lacing system, zip-tie, exposed-foam tongue, as well as a rectangular tab fastened to the Swoosh all include bright pops of colour. According to Virgil Abloh, the low-top has a white leather base with soft grey canvas sections, and the Nike Dunk Low Off-White Lot 42 explores Off-White's concept of "finding the grey area between black and white." A '42 of 50' badge is applied to the lateral midsole, which is limited to fifty pairs.

Released as a collegiate sneaker, Nike Dunks can now be found on the feet of celebrities and commoners alike. Limited editions like the Off White Dunks, from the 2019 collab between Nike and Virgil Abloh’s design label Off-White, further cemented Dunks’ place in sneaker folklore.
